I had my wife's watch repaired here. (Rolex).. The watch had some internal spots or corrosion because moisture had gotten through. The crystal had also seen better days due to years of wear and tear. Finally, the band was getting loose and looking worse for wear. I brought the watch in and they took some time to check it out while I waited. They said it would take about 2 weeks to get it all done (fix the damage and polish it up), which turned out to be accurate.

When I got the watch back, it looked stunning! like it was a brand new watch.. My wife was so thrilled! as for me, I was thrilled that I was NOT going to have to buy her a new watch! which is what would have happened if the restoration had not gone so well. Thanks West Coast Watch.

Took my watch in to have it re-sized. Received great service - done within 15 min. I didn't have my receipt (for watch purchase which was bought elsewhere which included the re-size free of charge) with me but they did the re-size without it and I was able to fax in my receipt on Monday. Today we took my wife's 25 year old Omega Constallation to West Coast. The locking plate on the metal band had fallen off. We arrived at about 12:50 and were immediately greeted by an individual at the service window. He took a quick look at the watch and detached plate. He asked if we could wait a short time while he had someone evaluate the watch. About 10 minutes later he returned with the watch and the piece attached. He said the technician was able to adjust the band and reattached the locking plate. He also cleaned the metal band. There was no charge for the repair.

We had expected a long delay and substantial charge to repair the band. For our purposes, their service could not have been more polite, professional or honest. The gentleman at the service window and the watch repair technician were excellent. Hopefully, we won't have a need to use their services in the future but we will do so without question.

Droped my Rolex on the bathroom floor cracked my crystal went to west coast watch service center to see if they could replace it for me. I was crazed because I was going to be traveling and needed to have my watch. They wasted no time took in my watch gave me a loaner watch to wear so I had something until the repair was complete. I was surprised to find a voice mail on my phone a day later that the watch was in quality control and I can pick it up the next day. I inherited a heirloom Certina pocket watch that my dad got from his dad. I had it for a week and then it stopped. I looked online for a good repair place in LA and found this place which at that time (about a month ago) had great reviews. The good reviews disappeared and all that is left are some meaningless rants.

I LOVE this place! They were friendly on the phone and very courteous when I brought the watch in. They checked it out and called me the next day with a cost estimate. I found everybody I interacted with incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I have several nice watches and this is the best place in Los Angeles to get them repaired. My father broke his Rolex President and West Coach Watch fixed it in just a few days and for less $$ than I thought it would cost. Ive been to many other Watch repairs around LA over the years and no one compares. Even when Rolex had their own service center in Beverly Hills, West Coast was far faster turn around on repairs. Watches are returned cleaned and beautiful as new!

I had the opportunity to have a Hublot Big Bang & a Franck Muller Master Banker in for full service to the movement, I received the watches back in perfect working and scratch free condition, excellent work! I found this company to be very competitive and very competent. I recommend filling out the e form and shipping your watch, they will call you with a price before working on it. I did have a chance to speak with customer service and the estimator, I found them to be pleasant and professional. I would recommend West Coast Watch Center for your high end swiss watch servicing.
